Executive Luxury Living COVID-19 Enhanced Cleanliness Promise


From everyone at Executive Luxury Living we hope this message find you and your families well, and that you are safe. During these unprecedented times we are wanting to put your minds at ease. We pride ourselves on having the highest standards of services. We take you and your family’s safety as our highest priority, and we want to make your stay with us one less thing to worry about. Cleaning Standards The CDC has very clear guidelines and cleaning requirements of surfaces to be cleaned. Our professional cleaners use EPA-registeredCDC  approved, cleaning products, including Clorox and Lysol. Our professional cleaning teams are held to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

  1. The CDC recommends opening outside doors and windows and using ventilating fans to increase air circulation in the space before beginning to clean and disinfect. 

  2. Our cleaners wear gloves and change them every single time they leave one apartment and go to the next.

  3. They practice strict hand washing regimens when entering and leaving an apartment, multiple times a day for the recommended 20 seconds.

  4. No matter if the surface in the apartment looks dirty or not, they are trained to clean and disinfect them, that includes all door handles, light switches, remote controls, keypads, furniture, thermostats, phones and faucet handles.

  5. All linens are removed from the unit and professionally sanitized. All linens are then replaced in the apartments. At this time, we are supplying extra of all provided linens so you may wash them as you stay with us using the provided laundry detergent in the onsite washer and dryers.

  6. Our cleaners are no longer using reusable cleaning cloths, they are using paper towels that are being appropriately disposed of after each cleaning.


Common Areas Our professional cleaning teams are also cleaning all common area door handles, key fobs and number entry pads. In the buildings that have common areas such as gyms and rooftop terraces, they have been closed for the time being. Contactless Check-ins Even though we love to meet every single one of you, shake your hand, help you with your luggage while walking you to your apartment. We have changed our check-ins to contactless arrivals. We may have someone on site to make sure you are able to get to your apartment and answer any questions you may have, but they will stay the recommended 6 feet away. Trust us, this is hard for us as well, we love to offer these personal touches to your stay. Ongoing Care We are in constant notice of any and all updates in reference to COVID-19, and we are adjusting our policies every single day. Our teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
